- Chopda Medicare and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. (30 bedded)
- Magnum Heart Institute at Canada Corner, Nashik (75 bedded)
- Magnum Multi-Specialty Hospital at Nashik Road (150 bedded)
- His vision extended across Maharashtra, with the establishment of seven cardiology units in collaboration with different hospitals, now managing more than 500 beds.
Pioneering Interventional Cardiology in Nashik:
- As the first interventional cardiologist in Nashik, Dr. Chopda has been a pioneer in various interventions:
- First in performing Coronary Angiography, with over 42,000 procedures to date.
- Introduced Spoke & Hub Model in North Maharashtra, connecting more than 10 centers for emergency management of Myocardial Infarction patients, saving numerous lives.
- Initiated the Heart Failure Program, training over 300 physicians across North Maharashtra on prevention and management.
- Launched CPR Training programs across Nashik.
Mastery in Angioplasties and Device Closures:
- Dr. Chopda's expertise includes:
- First in performing Coronary Angioplasties, with over 14,100 procedures.
- Pioneering Device Closures, including PDA in 2002, ASD in 2003, VSD in 2005, and BMV in Juvenile MS.
- First in performing Intra Cardiac Defibrillator in North Maharashtra.
Revolutionizing Procedures through Radial Route:
- Dr. Chopda has been a leader in adopting newer technologies:
- First in performing Radial angiography and angioplasty in 2004, completing over 30,000 radial procedures.
- Organized Radial Route workshops at Mumbai, UK, Kolkata & Durgapur, showcasing live demonstrations of complete angioplasties through the radial route.
Innovations and Technological Advancements:
- Pioneered newer technologies such as 4-D Echo, Rotablator, Bio-absorbable Stent, Bifurcation Stent, Fractional Flow Reserve (FFR), Intra Vascular Ultra Sound (IVUS), Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), and Robotic Assisted angioplasty.
- Established the first Stress Echo Lab in Maharashtra at Magnum Heart Institute.
- Established the 1st Robotic cath lab in Maharashtra, 2nd in India, and 10th in the world at Magnum Heart Institute.
Record-Breaking Achievements:
- Set a national record by performing 39 cases in a day at Saibaba Hospital, Shirdi, encompassing various interventional procedures.
- Honorary Cardiologist at Sai Baba Hospital, Shirdi, performing approximately 30 cases every Wednesday.
- Honorary Cardiologist at Regional Referral Hospital Nashik, conducting around 25 to 30 cases every Monday.
Milestones in Trans Aortic Vulvular Implantation (TAVI) and Bioabsorbable Stent Use:
- Successfully conducted the 1st TAVI procedure in North Maharashtra, one of the most complex cardiac procedures.
- Introduced the use of Bioabsorbable stent in India at Magnum Heart Institute in 2013.
